I will see patients in person as-needed in San Francisco, near Mt. Davidson. There is plenty of street parking, and the building is handicap-accessible.

No - I am out of network with all insurance plans. I am happy to work together to try to get some reimbursement for the care I provide; however medications, labs, imaging & specialist referrals will be covered by your insurance as they usually would be.
